GENERAL
These Terms supersede all previous agreements, communications, representations and discussions between the parties relating to the Website. No party will have the right of action against Aumniscient arising from any previous agreement, communication, representation and discussion in respect of this Website.
- Nothing contained in the terms and conditions shall in any manner create any relationship whatsoever between you and Aumniscient, either as a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
- You cannot assign or otherwise transfer your obligations under the terms and conditions, or any right granted hereunder to any third party. Aumniscient rights under the terms and conditions are freely transferable by Aumniscient to any third parties without the requirement of seeking your consent.
- In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions are determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these terms and conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
REFUND POLICY
Course fee paid on Netskill.com (its subdomains and related apps) is not refundable as a general rule. However, we are introducing an exception to this, only for a limited time upon the terms and conditions as listed below:
There will be no refund issued in the following cases
a) In case the student plans to drop out of the course for any of the followingreasons:
i) Change of mind
ii) Not able to cope up with the schedule
iii) Not able to understand the language
iv) Change in schedule or work/college
v) Any other personal reason
b) There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricular) once a course has been accessed in any manner.
c) There will be no refunds issued for any course for which an exam or test kit has been attempted.
d) The user/student agrees and undertakes to make the best efforts to secure a job in the field of software development and information technology including by way of making applications to the concerned companies. The Student hereby agrees and undertakes that they shall not be dependent solely on the Company for procuring a job offer. The Student further agrees and understands that the Company is an Online Training institute/platform and is not a placement agency. Placement services are provided only to aide the students in securing the best jobs according to their interests/scores and not in any case a guarantee for placement. The onus of the placement is solely on the student.
Partial/Full Refund Owing to unforeseen circumstances
a) In the event of any issues arising with the product or the services of the Company, the Company shall try to resolve the same within 30 days from the receipt of any such complaint.
b) If the problem is not resolved within the stipulated time limit, the Company will offer
i) Partial refund commensurate to the offering that was not delivered.
ii) In cases where the problem/issue has affected the entire course irreversibly, the Company shall offer a full refund.
c) In all such matters, the decision of the company management shall be final and binding.
d) In the event the Company at its sole discretion decides to initiate a partial/full refund as mentioned above, the Company may take a maximum of 60 days to refund the money to the source from which it was paid. However, we try to refund within 30 days after a valid request is made upon the condition that the student/user did not access any portion of the online course.
