For us, this conversation was ultimately about people. Every GCC that scales in Karnataka needs a workforce that’s ready on day one engineers, analysts, and leaders equipped not just with technical skill but with the judgment to operate at global standards. The discussions reinforced the state’s ambition to strengthen its talent pipeline alongside its infrastructure, and that’s exactly where we see ourselves contributing: helping enterprises close the gap between graduate potential and enterprise-ready capability.
